“People are just as wonderful as sunsets if you let them be.
When I look at a sunset, I don’t find myself saying,
‘Soften the orange a bit on the right hand corner.’
I don’t try to control a sunset.
I watch with awe as it unfolds.”

A Safe Space to Talk, Heal & Grow

Taking the first step towards counselling can feel daunting, but it can also become a powerful and positive turning point in your life. I aim to create a safe and supportive environment where you feel comfortable exploring your thoughts, emotions, experiences, and relationships openly. My approach is warm, approachable, and tailored to you as an individual because no two people experience life in exactly the same way. Whether you are struggling with anxiety, low self-esteem, stress, relationship difficulties, trauma, or simply feeling stuck, counselling can help you better understand yourself and move towards meaningful change.

Meet Your Counsellor

As an integrative counsellor, I work flexibly using a range of therapeutic approaches to support your individual needs. I understand how vulnerable reaching out for help can feel and I will walk alongside you throughout your counselling journey with compassion and care. My work is rooted in empathy, honesty, acceptance, and collaboration creating a space where you can feel safe to be yourself without fear of judgment.

How Therapy Can Support You

Counselling can provide support, clarity, and emotional understanding during difficult times. Therapy may help you to:

Manage anxiety, stress, and overwhelming emotions
Improve self-esteem and confidence
Understand patterns in relationships
Process grief, trauma, or painful experiences
Develop healthier coping strategies
Feel more emotionally balanced and empowered
Build greater self-awareness and resilience

My Therapeutic Approach

I use an integrative counselling approach, which means sessions are adapted to suit you and your personal circumstances. Drawing from different therapeutic methods including CBT, person-centred, relational, and integrative therapy, we will work together in a way that feels supportive, collaborative, and effective for your needs.

I believe therapy should feel safe, empowering, and paced around what feels manageable for you.
