I provide a secure, compassionate, and non-judgmental space where you can explore your thoughts and feelings freely. As an integrative counsellor, I adapt my approach to suit your individual needs, experiences, and goals. Together we work at a pace that feels right for you, helping you understand how life experiences may have shaped your beliefs, emotions, and relationships.
